Ozone Villa – Booking Cancellation
- Non-Refundable Policy
For reservations under the non-refundable option, cancellations are not eligible for a refund at any time. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the full booking amount will be charged. - Flexible – 14 Days Policy
Guests may cancel their booking free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the check-in date. If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the check-in date or in case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
Deposit Policy
• Daily / Weekly Rentals – Villa Type “RACHA”: 3,000 THB per room
• Daily / Weekly Rentals – Private Pool Villa (2–3 Bedrooms): 10,000 THB per villa
• Monthly Rental – 2–3 Bedroom Villa: 50,000 THB
• Yearly Contract – 2–3 Bedroom Villa: 50,000 THB deposit + 3 months’ rent in advance*
The deposit is required to be paid upon check-in and will be refunded upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the villa or property.

- ไม่สามารถขอเงินคืนได้ (Non-Refundable)
หากมีการยกเลิกการจองไม่ว่าช่วงเวลาใด ลูกค้าจะต้องชำระค่าธรรมเนียมเต็มจำนวนของการจอง หากลูกค้าไม่เข้าเช็คอิน จะถูกเรียกเก็บเงินเต็มจำนวนเช่นกัน - นโยบายยืดหยุ่น – 14 วัน (Flexible – 14 Days)
ลูกค้าสามารถยกเลิกการจองได้โดยไม่เสียค่าธรรมเนียม หากแจ้งยกเลิกก่อนวันเช็คอินไม่น้อยกว่า 14 วัน หากยกเลิกภายใน 14 วันก่อนวันเช็คอิน หรือไม่เข้าเช็คอิน ลูกค้าจะต้องชำระค่าธรรมเนียมเต็มจำนวนของการจอง
นโยบายเงินมัดจำ (Deposit Policy)
• การเช่ารายวัน / รายสัปดาห์ – วิลล่าประเภท “RACHA”: มัดจำ 3,000 บาทต่อห้อง
• การเช่ารายวัน / รายสัปดาห์ – วิลล่าสระว่ายน้ำส่วนตัว (2–3 ห้องนอน): มัดจำ 10,000 บาทต่อวิลล่า
• การเช่ารายเดือน – วิลล่า 2–3 ห้องนอน: มัดจำ 50,000 บาท
• สัญญาระยะยาวรายปี – วิลล่า 2–3 ห้องนอน: มัดจำ 50,000 บาท พร้อมชำระค่าเช่าล่วงหน้า 3 เดือน*
เงินมัดจำจะต้องชำระในวันเช็คอิน และจะคืนให้ในวันเช็คเอาท์ หากไม่มีความเสียหายใด ๆ เกิดขึ้นกับวิลล่าหรือทรัพย์สินของที่พัก
